Smart photo sharing for conferences and business events

Conference photo sharing: every attendee gets on WhatsApp only their own photos

At a conference of a thousand attendees no one sits down to hunt for their own photos. That's why conference photo sharing has to work by push: each attendee gets a WhatsApp link or scans the code on their badge, takes one selfie, and PiciMe identifies them with face recognition and sends them a personal album with all the photos they appear in, no app and no sign-up.

WHAT GUESTS GET · what the attendee gets

The photos find the attendees, not the other way around

Each attendee gets on WhatsApp all the photos they appear in (on stage, on a panel, at a booth or mid-handshake), alongside access to the central gallery of the whole conference. These are LinkedIn-ready photos of them presenting or networking, worth far more to them than a souvenir, and they get them without asking anyone.

And that's exactly the difference from how it is today. Instead of a Drive link buried in a summary email no one opens, the photos simply reach each person straight to WhatsApp, on the day of the conference itself.

Photos that attendees took on their phones join the pool too, so moments from the breakout rooms and the hallways reach exactly the people who appear in them.

What happens today to the photos from your conference

Three problems every business conference producer knows, and one reason to solve them all together.

ISSUE #01

The Drive folder no one opens

You paid a professional photographer thousands of shekels, and a week after the conference you got 800 photos in a Drive folder. The link is buried in a summary email most attendees don't open, and the 48-hour window, when the conference was still fresh enough to post about, quietly closed.

ISSUE #02

The networking moments die in an untagged archive

With 500 to 1,500 attendees who are strangers to one another, no one manages to match faces to the names on the badges. The excellent shot of a panelist mid-answer, or of two VPs exchanging cards, never reaches the people photographed.

ISSUE #03

There's no ROI to show the sponsors

The sponsors paid for the photo wall and the branded stage, and now they're asking for proof of exposure. A screenshot of a gallery no one opened won't convince any CMO. A branded album that lands on the WhatsApp of decision-makers, that's a different story.

Every attendee got a personal link on WhatsApp, took one selfie, and face recognition found all the photos they appear in. By evening everyone had their personal albums, no app and no sign-up. Much simpler than sending a Drive link no one opens.

TRUST · privacy and regulation

Full opt-in and regulatory compliance, transparently with the organization

Full transparency with the attendees and with the organization. Joining is opt-in: only someone who chose and scanned the code enters the system, and everyone sees only the photos they themselves appear in. Conference materials are kept for a period set in advance and deleted at the end of it, and for conferences with strict regulatory requirements we'll go over everything together with your legal team before the event.

PRICING · pricing and quote

Transparent pricing tailored to the scale of your conference

From350per conference

The cost is derived from the scale of the event: the number of attendees, the conference days, the halls and the photographers. You can see the plans on the pricing page, but the fast way to an accurate quote is a short fit call, in which we map out the structure of the conference and the organization's privacy and regulatory requirements. You can even come to the call with the sponsor deck, and we'll show you how the albums work for it.

FAQ

The questions that come up in most fit calls

How does it work in terms of privacy? Our attendees come from organizations that are sensitive to face recognition.+
Joining is entirely the attendee's choice: only someone who enters through the WhatsApp link or scans the code and takes a selfie joins the system, and the personal album is sent to them alone, straight to their WhatsApp. No sign-up and no app, and no database is kept without the attendee knowing about it. Ahead of conferences with strict regulatory requirements we go over the organization's requirements together on the fit call.
We have 1,200 attendees in three halls in parallel. Can the system handle it?+
Yes. Face recognition automatically sorts every photo that enters the central gallery, no matter how many photographers are working or how many halls and tracks run in parallel. Every attendee who joined and took a selfie gets exactly the photos they appear in, even out of tens of thousands of photos.
How does this help me show sponsors a return on investment?+
Every photo featuring the photo wall or the branded stage reaches the WhatsApp of the attendees photographed in it directly, exposure no summary email comes close to. On top of that, the live slideshow screen shows the photos in the hall in real time, and when attendees upload photos from their album to LinkedIn, the conference branding keeps working even after the lights go out.
Our attendees are senior executives who don't download apps. What's actually required of them?+
Less than it takes to pick up a badge at the registration desk. The link reaches them directly on WhatsApp, and alternatively the code is printed on the badge and the entrance signage. They tap or scan, take one selfie, and that's it. There's no app to download, no sign-up, and nothing stays installed on the phone after the conference ends.
We work with a professional photographer, and the attendees photograph themselves too. How does it all connect?+
The photographer's photos and the photos attendees upload through the link enter the same central gallery, and face recognition sorts them all together. That way even a networking moment caught on a smartphone in the hallway reaches the right people, not just the official stage photos.
How much does PiciMe cost for a business conference?+
Pricing starts at ₪350 and depends on the scale of the conference: the number of attendees, the number of days and photographers. You can see the plans on the pricing page, and in a short fit call we'll build an accurate quote for your event together.
Still have a question we didn't answer?
We'll get back to you the same business day with an answer from a conference producer on our team.
